What is happening?
In recent months Microsoft have started to publish changes to their commercial pricing for Microsoft 365, the first substantive pricing update since they launched Office 365 (which was a decade ago). This updated pricing reflects the increased value Microsoft have delivered to customers over the past 10 years.
What do you need to do?
This change will come into effect on 1st March 2022. Microsoft have advised that any Microsoft 365 order placed before March 2022 will be honoured at the purchase price, and that figure will be fixed for a year. This includes the number of licenses you commit to for that year. Should you require monthly commitment then price rises will take effect as part of this price restructure. The annual commitment only affects the Microsoft component of your support package.
At this stage we are awaiting definitive pricing from Microsoft. Lugo will be required to update our list pricing for all commercial products. We will be in contact to discuss how these changes will impact you and what our recommendations are going forward.
