Lugo’s mission is to build relationships with businesses to strengthen and secure IT infrastructures, while providing an excellent level of customer service.
We pride ourselves in really getting to know you and your business, with our industry knowledge being second to none, your IT is in safe hands with Lugo.
Lugo was formed in 2003 to provide IT Support and Services to businesses across Scotland. Ron founded Lugo and was quickly joined by Fraser who he’d worked with at the Sage Accountants Centre.
Ron and Liz both have an accountancy background, having studied Accounting and Finance at University, before Liz went on to work as an accountant in practice for three years before joining Sage.
This is how Liz met Ron and Fraser, as they all supported the same accountancy firms.
Along with Ron’s wife Ciara keeping track of the contracts, finances and legalities, we have a strong, caring leadership team at the heart of Lugo.
Over the years we have built a brilliant team who are part of our (ever growing) Lugo family. We go above and beyond every day to ensure our clients are always feeling the #LugoLove
Integrity | Dedicated | Dynamic | Collaborative | Happy Culture | Value | Approachable

Our team are well educated on the technology we use internally and that we support for our clients. We run the Sage User Group Scotland and are on the panel for the Wolters Kluwer CCH user group in Scotland.
