Password Manager in Microsoft Edge:
Microsoft Edge offers a built-in password management service that securely stores your passwords and helps you manage them across all your devices. When you enter new credentials, Edge will ask if you want to save your password. If you choose to save it, Edge will securely store the password and autofill it the next time you visit the site
Additionally, Edge’s password manager can flag compromised passwords and alert you if any of your saved passwords have been involved in a data breach. This feature helps you stay informed and take necessary actions to protect your accounts.
If your password is breached, we recommend changing it to a combination of three random words, numbers, and special characters. Also, enable Multi Factor Authentication if you haven’t already to add an extra layer of security.
