At Lugo, we pride ourselves in providing IT support, dedicated to our clients’ needs. From our outset in 2003, we have specialised in providing IT support to the Scottish accountancy sector. We understand the importance of the self-assessment tax deadline and took the decision many years ago, to open our technical helpdesk from 9am-5pm over the weekends in January, so we are there when you need us most. This is just a precautionary measure but we want you to know, we’re here if you need us.
How to request IT support over the weekend
From Saturday 7th January, we are here if you need any IT support for your accountancy firm over the weekends in January 2023. We are available from 9am until 5pm to help with any IT-related issues in any way we can.
The best way to ask for help is by clicking on the button below to log a ticket in our LugoLove Ticket Portal. Simply log in with your work email address and select ‘Sign in with Microsoft’.
