I joined Lugo in January 2020 and am based in the Dundee office. I’m keen to learn more about the Microsoft 365 and Azure platform as emerging technologies, along with cyber security.

At Lugo i am second line on the helpdesk and deal with customer issues and their security needs.

I have been in IT for over 25 yrs . I started my career as an engineer and then joined the RAF as an electronics engineer in Radar and Telecoms After 12 years service, I moved into the IT sector which i cointinued after i left the RAF and have worked in a number of sectors including banking, insurance and retail. At lugo i have been involved in taking clients through Cyber Essentials and improving their security as well as dealing with their day to day issues

Outside of work I enjoy cycling and aircraft model making.
