I’ve spent over 10 years in roles where helping people was at the heart of everything, whether that meant working in healthcare, offering technical support, broadband provisioning or just being there when someone needed a listening ear. Change has always excited me (even if it scares some people!), and in tech, change is constant. That’s what makes this industry so fun – there’s always something new to learn and new challenges to tackle.

I’m a bit of a geek/nerd and love learning, whether it’s personal development or diving into some quirky niche subject. I’m big on transparency and always try to go the extra mile for people. I joined Lugo in 2024, just weeks after getting married, and I’m so excited about what the future holds for Lugo and the clients we work with. 

I love turning complicated tech into something anyone can use, I create clear, practical resources—like quick-start guides and simple tips—that help clients adopt Copilot and boost their cyber security without the jargon or hassle.

My goal is to make learning straightforward and timed around busy periods so it fits into real life. I also get involved in marketing and events like CyberScotland Week, keeping our communications fresh, helpful, and engaging.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me out walking with my family and dogs or trying to spot bees (yes, really!).
