With many years of experience in delivering specialist customer service across various platforms, I have honed strong problem-solving skills and a determination to achieve results. I am dedicated to provide exceptional customer service and always strive to go above and beyond for my clients. I pride myself on strong communication and collaboration abilities, and I love to think outside the box.

My passion lies in embracing new change, whether I am upskilling myself or stepping outside of my comfort zone, its all about continuously improving in anyway I can.

When I’m not teaching myself new skills or doing DIY around the house, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two boys: climbing hills and adventuring Scotland. With the spare time I have I organise community group neutrality dog walks with my own dogs. I could talk about dogs endlessly (be warned). To nurture my creative side I work on community projects, including acting and filmmaking.
