Profile

I began my career in IT in 2018 as part of a Apprenticeship scheme, and since then I’ve continually developed my skills across a wide range of technologies, systems, and working environments. Along the way, I’ve also strengthened my people skills and honed my customer service approach to deliver the best IT experience possible.

My journey has taken me from internal IT roles to the Managed Service Provider world, ultimately leading me to my current position at Lugo.
I joined Lugo in October 2025 as an IT Analyst, where my role focuses heavily on maintaining high quality standards. My aim is always to deliver the best work I can and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience.

Like many in IT, I’ve always had a real passion for technology, whether it’s VR headsets or 3D printers, I’m definitely a bit of a tech nerd at heart.
Outside of work, I enjoy video editing, which has become one of my favourite creative hobbies, as well as being able to relax and play some video games.
And, of course, nothing brightens my day quite like getting to pet a dog on the street, so yes, I guess you could say I’m a dog person!
