With 10+ years experience delivering customer service in various sectors, acting as an experienced specialist has allowed me to develop the skills and confidence needed when supporting complex needs. Identifying and resolving what may be deemed ‘out the norm’ is a challenge I really enjoy.

I believe a true understanding of needs comes from effective questioning. The only questions you will ever regret are the ones you didn’t ask!

I am fully committed to bringing and enhancing these skills while in my role @ Lugo, which I have no doubt will only flourish in such a vibrate and dynamic team. I am excited to see what the future holds, not only for myself but for the Lugo business as we continually push forward in this ever-changing environment.

Outside of work, you will find me covered in glitter, creating tiny art and being an unpaid therapist – all while producing fabulous nails. After this, I am usually cuddled up with my 2 dogs on the sofa, in front of the tv after usually a long day of exploring up in the hills.
