I am a recent university graduate, enjoying my first IT role as a Technical Support Analyst at Lugo, where I am gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced technical support environment. I am keen to continue developing and learning, both personally and professionally, and in particular my technical capability and problem-solving skills. Outside work, I enjoy going to the gym, cycling and walking my dog (with my family), which helps me stay active and balanced.
