I started my career in the IT Industry over 10 years ago after previously working in the security sector. I have worked in various customer facing roles and remote technical support positions.

I started at Lugo in March 2023 and I am currently a Technical Support Analyst working on a hybrid model of home working with some days in the Edinburgh office.

I am married and have two young children who keep me busy! In my spare time I enjoy socialising with friends and travelling. I enjoy keeping up to date with new technology and am excited by future possibilities.
