I joined Lugo in February 2009 and can’t believe where the time has gone! My business card says Technical Support Analyst which can be anything from crawling around in loft spaces, to installing servers, and just about everything in between.

I started my career at IBM before moving to Dell, and then took two career breaks – the first to spend a year in Canada, and the second to travel around the world.

“As a technology geek, I love to explore the latest hardware and software, and this role is constantly keeping me on my toes as there is always something new to learn.”

In my spare time I enjoy snowboarding, backpacking and Formula 1.

BSc Hons Computing Science from Glasgow University. MCSE 2003, MCITP Server 2008, MCSA Server 2012, SonicWall Network Security Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Identity & Services and Mobility & Security.

Dedicated to the IT services sector since starting my degree in the year 2000. Worked for IBM helpdesk support and was outsourced to work as part of the team at JP Morgan. Working for Dell hardware support for business gave me great grounding for my role at Lugo.
