I started my career working within the IT Department of a Government Agency where I worked mainly on the helpdesk. My experience saw me promoted to Helpdesk Supervisor until I left after over 20 years of service! Some of my IT colleagues left at the same time to start a private company. I worked in this new venture for 6 years during which time we expanded our customer base, until I left under voluntary redundancy.

I then moved to BT where I stayed for 10 months doing change management until I joined Hence at the end of 2004. Hence became Lugo at the start of 2013 and the rest is history…………

My hobbies include snooker, golf and football and I also enjoy gardening, which needs constant maintenance, a bit like the Forth Rail Bridge!
