I started my career in customer service roles until taking up a position with a large multi-national, managing their IT helpdesk. Once labelled IT, it was roll up your sleeves!

I joined the Lugo team in January 2013 after working in the SME support sector for over ten years. Lugo fits nicely. It carries the same strong customer service levels that often other IT providers lack.

In my spare time I like to cook. I also love to see and experience new places and cultures, the latter adding to my recipe repertoire!
