Included in your monthly cost, Lugo provide the services of a part-time IT Director or Chief Information & Technology Officer to act as the most senior executive in your business responsible for the information technology and computer systems that support your business goals. The IT Director will be one of the key contributors in formulating strategic goals for your organisation, managing the implementation of new technology to increase information security and integrated systems management. The average salary for an IT Director is £70,000, however they normally only have exposure to a single organisation on a day-to-day basis. This could leave them unaware of innovation in your market and advances in IT technology that could make a huge difference to your business efficiency. As your IT Partner we offer regular IT Review and Strategy meetings.

Our technicians are available 8am-6pm Monday to Friday for managing our Cyber Essentials equivalent clients. Our Helpdesk consists of three tiers:
Client Experience Team: Your first line of contact for support when contacting us on the helpdesk. They provide support and fixes for most of your day-to-day issues.
Technical Services Team: Our second line team provides additional support for those issues that are slightly more complex and need some further time to resolve.
Senior Support Analysts: Our third line team are made up of highly experienced system engineers who provide top-tier support for both the Client Experience and Technical Services teams, often having direct contact with both hardware and software vendors.
Our support team have successfully certified in intermediate and advanced level Microsoft qualifications including Azure, Security and 365. Based on our commitment and training we have been awarded the Microsoft Solutions Partner for Modern Work accreditation.

Cloud SaaS Backup Solution

We backup your entire Microsoft 365 tenancy three times a day. This covers M365 Email, Contacts, Calendars, Teams and SharePoint. This protects you against accidental or malicious deletion and ransomware attacks.
Remote Support, Monitoring and Patch Management
Monthly value £3.00 per user
Our Remote Management solution has been voted best in class for the third year running. It allows us remote access to your devices to resolve issues efficiently, and more importantly, securely. It also allows us to carry out behind the scenes monitoring and patching, often resolving issues through automation before they become apparent to users. It also allows us to report on assets and software to ensure they are aligned with our compliance policies.
Cloud Security Service (Advanced DNS Protection)

Behind the scenes, we implemented our Cloud Security Service during the time when we all worked from home and were not protected by our perimeter firewalls. It provides the first line of defence against threats on the internet, wherever you are. As organisations have adopted a more hybrid approach to working, this service is now a vital component of our layered security approach.
