As a Client IT Manager at Lugo, I specialize in advising clients on enhancing their cyber security and IT infrastructure. My role involves conducting thorough reviews to identify security gaps, providing strategic budget planning advice, and ensuring that all technology and environments are up-to-date and secure. I am dedicated to maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring they feel confident in my recommendations and the solutions we provide.

I began my career with Excellimore as a Placement Student in 2018 through Edinburgh Napier University, where I graduated with a degree in Cyber Security. Over the years, I advanced to the role of Senior Technician before becoming a Client IT Manager. My technical background has equipped me with the knowledge to understand what solutions and products can best support our clients’ environments. I now work remotely from Belfast since moving back home during the Covid-19 pandemic to be closer to my family. However, I regularly fly back to Edinburgh to connect with my colleagues and clients in person, and I really enjoy the flexibility this provides.

Outside of work, when I’m not gaming, you can usually find me tinkering with my 3D printer. I enjoy designing all kinds of gadgets and tools and then watching them come to life! 🤪
