I started my career in IT when I embarked on my HND in 1998 and worked in Customer Service, before progressing through to becoming a customer facing IT Engineer with ITFA in 2006. This is where I spent almost 13 years supporting many clients, especially within the Housing Association Sector, where I have made many friends over the years….I was humbled to receive over 50 emails of good luck when I was leaving to start with Lugo.
My role at Lugo is to provide support, both remotely and onsite, to our substantial client base. I help resolve issues efficiently and enjoy building relationships with our growing client base.
Lugo is a fantastic company to work for, where staff happiness and development is one of many positive aspects that are encouraged. I enjoy helping clients solve issues, in particular, when onsite installing new systems. It’s great seeing how happy clients are to work with the cutting edge technology that we have recommended.
I’m married and have twin boys, so as you can imagine… home life is a daily adventure! I enjoy spending time going to the multitude of clubs with my boys, and we have great family holidays and days out as a foursome. I enjoy golf and have been swinging a club for about 35 years – getting worse instead of better! I also enjoy watching football and playing badminton.
